Advice for outsourcing Microsoft 365 Compliance

Hi
Does anyone know any good (reasonably priced!) software that will allow for digital signing?
My charity is having to sign a lot of docs and require the Chairs signature on them, and we are looking for a better way of doing it.
I notice on Charity Digital website there is DocuSign, but I don't know if they are any good.
