Good afternoon all,
We're in the final stages of planning another of our breakfast bashes, this time working with our friends at Canopi.
Now the agenda is usually a lose narrative on charities office space, how to save money and moreover, how to keep up with the often fluid evolutions of lease negotiations, space disposal and remote working patterns.
The event on the 30th however, might be that and more, though we're open to suggestions as to what attendees would like to see us cover. Hence this post... what are the key property/workspace challenges currently confronting you?
For example we had one charity approach us with counselling room design issues. The sound proofing, the format/design, the 'vibe' for want of a better word. This is certainly something we've done a lot of, but equally no two organisations ever handle this subject the same way.
Another trigger has been smaller organisations looking to space share.
Happy to hear from anyone on, what is likely to be a very broad set of themes.
As a last note; all of our support services are free to non-profits, as is the breakfast.
