Good Morning,
I am growing and my CIC needs clearer transparent governance in terms of receiving funding and the decisions that are made in the best interests of those donations etc. 

To get this I need to ask for a board of directors as per my Articles of Association. This shows I am committed to ensure absolute financial transparency. I wonder how I go about this. In terms if it was a charity I would be onboarding Trustees etc. Do the new directors become Non-Executive Directors? 

Any help would be muchly appreciated.
