Hi CC community

We are planning a migration of our network server based folders and files to cloud based SharePoint. We are trying to agree folder architecture (a tricky one as we can't please everyone)

I'd be interested if any other charities use SharePoint for your file storage system and if you have any advice on what works well but also any potential pit falls! Any hints or tips welcomed!
