Hi everyone. Following seeing a previous members qustion around seeking mentoring I would like to ask if fellow CEO's of health/social care charities particpate in regular support/supervision for their own mental health and wellbeing? This form of support is often not delivered by governing Boards due to inexperience of the field.
My charity is based in Kent, so any recomendations in the Kent/London area would be great. Thank you
