After 20+ years in fundraising, sometimes as a sole fundraiser and sometimes as Head of a small team I want to retire in a year or two (pensions permitting) Up till now I've got a lot of experience in Trusts & Foundations. MDs, Events (including a royal reception)  and corporates. I think I'd like to begin to slow down a bit  and do things differently. I'd like to know if anyone is in a similar position and whether it's better to just stop altogether or have a phased transition such as I'm suggesting. Any thoughts?
