I'm concerned that the new changes coming in next month to sick pay from day one may mean that more staff might take advantage of this new right.
Would anyone be willing to share their amended sickness management policy? What do you currently use as a trigger point for managing sickness? Will you be tightening up on those triggers in your amended policies?
