A charity under inquiry had 3 facebook pages (not private accounts or groups, but pages). Two of these accounts are now being abused and used for harassment of individuals who exposed the failures.
The inquiry was open in 2017 and an interim manager appointed in 2018. These pages are still accessed by the original founder (who the inquiry relates to). I'm sure I have read that items done in the charities name are the charities responsibility and the interim manager (only trustee) is responsible for their management and should have control of them, yet he is brushing it off like its not his responsibility and that all he can do is tell them not to mention the charity ignoring that the page existed as part of the charity.
Can anyone help advise here?
Thanks
