Hi everyone

What is the best format for a children's sports club who wants to be a charity and claim gift aid on its membership fees ?  I have been looking at a charitable incorporated organisation but the trustees have to change after so many years however the owner would obviously want to remain in position as chairman and not stand down. Can anyone help as to the best way to set up ?  Thanks
