Clinical supervision for staff

 I work in a charity supporting families. The support is low level at the early help stage but sometimes it does throw up safeguarding concerns and other issues, i.e. a recent bereavement in one family.  We are having discussions around providing clinical supervision for the staff. Unfortunately, we are unsure who should have it, what they should have and who should provide it. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks
