I was wondering if you could help guide or advise us regarding a cloud based document storage solution for board papers and documents please.
We have been focusing on good governance and recently set up a secure online community hosted platform for trustees to communicate and share information with Guild. The site does not offer document storage and we have to insert links to documents elsewhere (E.g. Google Drive) instead. However, we don’t currently have such a storage site. Historically we’ve circulated board papers and documents via email, which we wish to move away from.
I wonder if you can recommend any sites suitable for a charity, with good storage capacity and security, that are either free or low cost please?
