All,
I have another tricky dilemma that I'd be grateful for your advice on. Another charity will be moving in to share our office space very shortly. The CEO of that charity is making positive noises about becoming one of our trustees. The dilemma is we own the freehold of the building and have promised to 'gift' the building to another youth based charity should we fold, and his charity is one we would consider gifting to, alongside another. Naturally he cannot be party to these discussions, so how would I handle that? Have a separate committee inside the main Trustee Board and just don't mention this other committee other than in it meeting from time to time,  and bat back any curiosity / questions he may have ? It all feels a bit underhand and secretive, and what do I do about minuting these discussions. Thoughts? and thanks
