Converting "companies limited by guarantee" to CIO

We have a "companies limited by guarantee" and would like to convert to charity company (CIO). We are mainly involved in the following
- (f) the advancement of the arts, culture, heritage or science
- (e) the advancement of citizenship or community development
- (j) the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
We raise funds through events.
