Converting "companies limited by guarantee" to CIO

We have a "companies limited by guarantee" and would like to convert to charity company (CIO). We are mainly involved in the following

(f) the advancement of the arts, culture, heritage or science
(e) the advancement of citizenship or community development
(j) the relief of those in need, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage

We raise funds through events.
