Hi all,
I was wondering how many of you have a formal partnership agreement in place when you become a charity of the year with a corporate? I know that these are needed when there are commercial arrangements such as % of profit going from the company to your charity but in those cases where the activities centre on some office fundraising, mutual publicity and a one-off donation, do you usually have a full agreement in place? Any stories and examples would be sincerely appreciated.
