Hi all, 

Just reaching out to see how you've all managed VAT and sponsorship. We are looking into the possibility of a portion of sponsorship being a donation vs full invoicing. We have been reading in detail information from GOV.UK and it seems like this would be viable as all the benefits of the support giving can be obtained by paying the lower amount (cost to deliver service) and the rest of the sponsorship is accepted as a non-taxable donation. 

Is anyone practising this method of managing sponsorship payments currently?
