Hi everyone,

I work for a small organisation and we are just starting with our efforts to come up with a diversity and inclusion strategy (I'm afraid we are somewhat late in this area). It would be great to hear from members who have experience in this important area.  How did you begin to lay the groundwork in your own organisation?  What steps did you take to bring staff/colleagues to support this effort?
