Do high net-worth individuals donate to Community Centres?

We have a collection of 8 community centres who have come together to form a consortium to serve the community in an area of high deprivation and need. Currently funding comes from the council and from trusts.
Would HNWI be interested in a collection of community centres? We don't have any current donors to do prospect development on and so would be starting from scratch.
Does anyone know if this is worth pursuing and where to start? Even if we secured just one HNWI it would be a massive difference.
