We are a small village charity who are reviewing our governing document which is 20 years old . One of our biggest issues is getting someone to take on the chair role.  I have been looking for resource to help understand if we truly have to have a chair and replace  with a number of trustees /committee members with clear roles.  Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
