Do you think salaries in the third sector are changing?

Hi guys,
I’m wondering how the community feels about salaries in the third sector. Do you think they’re changing? Do you think there’s room for improvement? Do you think that charities could be doing more with salaries to attract top talent from outside the sector?
It’s a common topic we come across working at CharityJob, and with our 2019 Charity Sector Salary Report launching last week, we’ve been getting a lot of feedback from candidates who don’t work in the sector (mostly based on common misconceptions), but haven’t heard much from charity workers themselves regarding their own pay.
Would love to hear your thoughts on this 😊
