Hi, thank you everybody for putting up with all of my questions, but we are getting closer to finally becoming a charity and we want to ensure everything is done correct....
I was wondering if the Chair Trustee had to lead the AGM, as there is a member that is more experienced in the AGM field than the chair trustee. We will still have a chair's report though.
