🚁 We’re on a Digital Transformation Journey at The Air Ambulance Service 🚁
Like many charities, we’re evolving how we use technology to better understand, engage and support our incredible community. A key part of our transformation programme is the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, enabling us to build a true 360-degree view of our supporters.
One area we’re currently focusing on is our clothing donation banks.
Our ambition is to record the weights collected from each bank directly within Dynamics, attributing those figures to the host organisation record. This would allow us to better recognise impact, strengthen relationships, and gain more meaningful insight into the value generated through these partnerships.
