Dual Single gift and RG donation forms

Hey everyone! I work on the DM campaigns at Refugee Action and we are looking at different testing options for our 2022-23 plans.
Has anyone seen or created any DM packs where dual donation forms have been used? One side being a standard single gift ask, and the reverse being an Regular Gift/DD donation form, or something similar. I'd would love to collate some examples and if anyone had any insight on how this performed and would be willing to share.
