Hi everyone. I hope I am doing this correctly, as it is my first time. After a lengthy period of time and discussions with the Local police PCC and Council, I am looking to offer a unique Service to the Community.

F(ree) A(ddiction) C(annabis) E(ducate) S(upport).

Cannabis is rife at present, with a lot of media coverage. Some Positive, which shadows the very negative side effects for Children. After discussions with the Local Schools and Police, we are finding Children as young as 12 smoking Cannabis, on the streets or at School. They are in danger of causing Mental Health issues, as well as becoming self destructive at a young age.

Working with these Children and their families, we want to offer a training programme. Our set goals are to help support these families - a) So they stay together and less children are thrown of home  for drug use. b) Educate the Children so they are aware of the dangers c) Get them into the community and give them a distraction to smoking. d) Help them quit their habit.

We want to open a Cannabis Education Centre, where these Children and their families can come and discuss their addiction. They will be offered a mentor, any support they require and guidance on the use. We will also be working closely with local businesses and others such as the Armed Forces, Weston College and anybody who is willing to offer these kids a different life route. These organisations will be able to hold open days and talks within the Centre.

We already have Verbal agreements with the Local Police, reference sending us Children to be educated rather than gain any criminal charges, which may ruin their future options. Also won a Contract with the Council to out call Education to their Crisis Intervention teams. We have the opportunity to take this work on, but need help attaining the premises we have found.

As we are a very new venture and this is all new to me, we have hit a stumbling block. We have a very good business plan, a very good structure and heaps of Passion. Everyone thinks its a great idea, yet no one wants to offer any support in making the dream a reality. If anyone knows of any investors, or support that can be offered, it would be greatly received. We really want to make this work from a support and personal point of view. We would welcome a fundraiser.
