Hi - so I feel a bit of a fraud as I don't work for a charity BUT.....I am a leadership coach who has had 10 years working with leaders of big organisations globally and I now want to give back. I'm looking for leaders of charities who might like to work with me for free. All I ask for is that you are prepared to invest in your development, look at some of the hard stuff, stay open and be brave. Sometimes this stuff is uncomfortable. As I have kids and have to pay my mortgage, I can't at this point dedicate myself to this full time but I think I can help up to 8 individuals for now. I also plan to arrange peer-group learning and interaction remotely so you can create some support for yourselves and maybe continue to work together once you're done with me.
