Free or cheap meeting rooms based in London

hi all
I have just joined Charity Connect and look forward to contributing. However, for my first post I am trying to find a cheap or preferably, free, room for a meeting of our trustees on June 13th.
We are a grant making charity supporting adults with a learning disability to live a more independent live. We meet just once a year in London, as we travel from as far afield as Newcastle to Devon, so London is a good base as everyone can get there easily.
We usually meet at about noon for a buffet lunch followed by our meeting, finishing by 4pm at the very latest.
Does anyone know of a reasonably priced room, or could you lend us one. Being a small charity with finite resources we try to keep as much of our money for grant making.
