Is it right to put a member of the charity as a creditor in the final accounts

A member of the charity overspent £50 of their own money on a printer. They have the receipt and it's dated March 2025, because there was insufficient cash in the tin for £200
Is it correct to write the £50 as a creditor in the balance sheet to reconcile the bank statement to the cash book balance?
