Free or low-cost online training for volunteers in customer service and safeguarding

Our charity stages many live music events, and as part of a new volunteer development programme we are seeking to provide our event volunteers at these events with brief online training in how to provide good customer service and in how to ensure safeguarding of our volunteers.

We are struggling to find any suitable training courses - which need to be low cost or, ideally, free.

Suggestions would be very welcome!
