Fully managed IT platform suggestions

Hi everyone, we are a fairly small charity and have been relying on a one man band for our IT services/support but would like to look further afield at a fully managed service.

Does anyone have any recommendations of companies that support the Charity sector and have knowledge of SystmOne please?
