I am a volunteer with a small charity focussed on providing children and young people living in socially deprived neighbourhoods with extra curricular opportunities e.g. trips to theatre, museum, participation in sport, drama or music which in other communities might be funded by active PTA's or parents. We need to adopt a more focussed effort on grant applications. We have limited resources and need to either build our own grant application database or have access to one which will better direct or application effort. Rather that start to build a database of our own I was wondering whether anyone point me in the direction of a good grant provision data base we could subscribe to? We need to identify opportunities to apply for both project funds and core infrastructure funds. If you think we are better off building our own I would be interested in understanding whether there are any best practice models we could look at. We are not technical whizz kids! 😅.
Many thanks for taking the time to read this. Best wishes
