I'm Trustee to a small charity that has raised over £5000 last year so we need to apply to the charity commission. After a lot of research i think the CIO foundation model would be most appropriate but i'm unsure if this is something we should attempt independently. I'd love some advice and recommendations on who could help us set it up and costs?
