GDPR changes since leaving the EU?

Hi. Has anyone got a nice simple guide to GDPR changes since leaving the EU? I know technically it isn't GDPR anymore and it's back to the data protection act, but that's about all I do know! We need to update our policies and guidance but I don't want to spend hours trawling through the internet if I can avoid it! Thanks in advance.
