Tell me all your pro's and con's for changing my name when I get married.

I'll be changing it in my personal life, but I'm thinking about whether I should change it professionally? I didn't think I was attached to my surname until the time has come to change it, and I'm thinking that perhaps I should remain a Williams at work? Although its a fairly common name and I've worked somewhere before where I wasn't the only Chloe Williams.

What are the benefits of keeping my maiden name? what are the benefits of changing? Will I regret not changing it as soon as I go back to work after getting married? What is your experience?
