Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share a few thoughts on data collection in charity and nonprofit work.
In many of the projects I’ve been involved in, I’ve seen how proper data collection can make a huge difference in how well we understand the needs of the communities we serve.
I think there are still challenges when it comes to consistency, capacity, and sometimes even motivation around data handling.
I am increasingly convinced that continuous training and simple, mobile-based tools such as ODK can be a game-changer in improving underserved communities around the world.
Curious to hear how others are approaching data collection in similar projects.
