Hi, i have recently joined a charity with around 15 trustees on board with 5 committees. I find the current setup very manual and time consuming (just Microsoft package - emails, word docs and spreadsheets) and I was wondering if anyone has any tips of how to efficiently interact with the different trustees and committee members, share agendas and minutes and any action logs etc. 

Is there any good software that would handle this side of the business and make it easier to communicate and track activities?

Also do you have recommendations for where I could learn/exchange practical advice with other charity secretaries/governance assistants?
