Can someone help me to apply for a grant/grants to provide respite and family holidays for patients and families?

Our foundation (created in memory of my 11 year old daughter Cara who died of a brain tumour in Dec 2019) sets out to support patients and families going through the trauma of brain disease by giving them the opportunity of a holiday or respite. 

We registered in Sept 2022 and spent the first 18 months creating policy docs and the new website etc. We've had some fundraising events and are looking for a long term rental (2 bedroom apartment) in York for short breaks. We are supporting a SILC school in Leeds and Cara's oncology dept at Leeds LGI, but the next step is to open an apartment to families needing short breaks or whose children may be visiting hospital and unable to afford hotel costs etc. 

We can afford to part fund an apartment in York but need more support to make it a reality. I also donate royalties from my three books to support the fundraising efforts, but it's not enough. The next step is to provide an apartment in London within 2 tube stops to support patients and families at GOSH. Later, once we can afford a foreign rental, we'll rent a Majorcan apartment and cover flights and accomodation.

Any suggestions, no matter how little would make a massive difference.
