Hello everyone, I read with interest the post a year ago on sick pay for small charities and I wondered if anyone could tell me the current thinking on this.  I am particularly interested in the first six months (probation) and then up to 5 years of service.  What are other small charities offering at the moment, some seem to do just SSP etc.  I would be so grateful for any help on this.
