I'm curious to learn how your charity encourages or promotes a sense of community amongst your volunteers?
Does your charity organise any events or social activities for volunteers to participate in and connect with each other? I've heard that volunteers can often feel quite disconnected from their fellow volunteers, so it would be good to hear your thoughts on this.
