How can we achieve good volunteer management?

Tracy Henning Admin and Operations Manager at Music Support UK Posted 1 year ago

Hi All,
I am just reviewing our volunteer management which has not been reviewed for a long time.
Can you let me know the minimum we should look to achieve for good volunteer management? We currently use a service level agreement that I want to change to a volunteer agreement. We always DBS check and take down personal details and emergency details. Are there any other options of thoughts on this? Any help and advice are gratefully received.

Thank you everyone for your assistance we have now found someone who can help us
Tracy
