Apologies if this has already been discussed, but I still do not understand how you are attracting Directors for a Community Interest Company (CIC)? I mean, this was easier for me to register, otherwise I would prefer to act as a charity but maybe I can do that on a later stage.

Are you posting positions in here? Second, the CIC I have opened is limited by guarantee, and as I know, it needs at least 3 Directors (unrelated) for the CIC to be eligible for funding...The cause which I support is quite unpopular here in the UK- my ambition is to support the Roma/Gypsy community in England, the Somerset and Bristol region. I really struggle to find supporters for this, so any advice would be appreciated!
