How can we register our UK-based charity as a foreign franchise?

We are a registered UK charity and are in the process of registering as a foreign franchise in Jordan. We need assistance with preparing the required paperwork in the UK, having it notarised, and obtaining certification from the Commonwealth, as requested by the Jordanian Embassy in London.
