How can we successfully secure funding and bids?

Hi I work for an organisation called the 21UP Movement and I want some help in securing some funding. We support young people in becoming the best versions of themselves and pursuing there passions. We give them the opportunity to step out of their comfort zone.

We are currently funding our own programs but are in need of some guidance in terms of other funding sources and how to secure successful bids.
