Back in March/April time a representative from a local business got in touch to say she had nominated our charity for a charitable donation from the company, and her nomination had been successful which was great news for us! At the time we were gearing up for a match funding event so I was trying to arrange with them to make the payment through the match funding portal so their donation was doubled. They were quite communicative at that point, but the finance team wanted to make a direct bank transfer so the match funding idea fell through. 

Obviously, despite missing out on the match funding opportunity, we as the charity would still love their donation but ever since the end of the match funding round when I contacted to say 'unfortunately that was closed now but here are our bank details to make the donation' I've not heard anything back from them. I sent a follow up email to the specific contact in May, then another in June, and then I rang the company and emailed them at the start of July. No one has ever got back to me. I'm not really sure where to go from here? I obviously don't want to demand the money, but if the employees voted for our charity to receive funding from the company and this was agreed, surely they have to make this donation? Please can anyone give me some advice?
