Hello everyone,
I'm delighted to be joining the Leadership & Governance community.
My background spans sustainability, ESG, partnership development, systems change and organisational resilience, having worked across the nonprofit, corporate and entrepreneurial sectors in South Africa, the UK and Asia.
Over the past decade, my work has centred on one question:
How do we help organisations become genuinely sustainable—not just environmentally, but operationally, financially and socially?
That journey has taken me from coastal conservation and circular economy initiatives, to food security during COVID-19, building multi-sector partnerships, supporting entrepreneurs, and helping organisations translate purpose into practical action.
I'm particularly interested in connecting with organisations exploring systems thinking, governance, impact measurement, partnership models and innovative approaches to community development.
I'm also keen to learn from this community. Some of the most valuable ideas emerge when people with different experiences come together around a shared purpose.
I look forward to connecting with many of you.
