How to appeal for used and decommissioned ICT hardware?

Hello Everyone,

I run a newly registered C.I.C. for refugees. I need donation of used and decommissioned IT hardware to our C.I.C.

What is the best way to get companies and NHS to donate their used and decommissioned IT hardware to our C.I.C.? And, how do I go about contacting head of information technology department when their contact details is not published on their website?
