Hello, I am looking for some suggestions, regarding finding volunteers for the charity where I currently work (The Churches Conservation Trust). It is a charity which protects historic churches across England. We have lots of  interesting volunteering posts, but people might be turned off by the religious association (it is not a religious charity), or that it might be considered a place for "older people". In reality, is a great place to volunteer if you are into arts, culture and conservation.
