Volunteer expense reimbursement policies

Hi all,

Does anyone have a volunteers expense reimbursement policy that they are willing to share with me? What's a typical daily rate/cap on expenses for inner London? We'd be willing to cover travel (£10 per day) and lunch (£5?) I expect, but not sure if this is too little?
