How to handle charity registration issues and remove bank signatories without their authorisation?

Hi All
Hope all are well. Quick question:
As an unincorporated charity organisation if you failed to register on the charity commission site and application rejected, do you need to declare this to HMRC or is there another procedure we must complete to ensure we are accounting for the money we have as we are not regulated by anyone it seems. How do we prevent someone from cloning our name or logo in this instance?
Second question: if there are signatories on the charity bank account and for whatever reason are removed following trustee vote at the same time then how would you remove them from the bank without their authorisation, I'm thinking if there's been a breach of conduct and immediate dismissal. Would bank accept updated minutes, chairs Authorisation and Councillor or of similar dignitary?
