No luck with opening a bank account

Does my dream job exist? There is a huge focus on innovation and ‘product managing’ in digital, for public facing services and fundraising but when will we have time and budget to do the same and innovate what we provide IT wise for our Staff in operations?
I’ve had the privilege to work on some really exciting projects that will transform how our social workers and night staff work using apps and other technology but there is so much more that could be done.
I’d love to work more on this type of thing but is anyone doing it???
