Hello
The organisation I work for is reviewing their sick policy. At the moment we offer 7 days of paid sick leave, and then SSP.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 If we were to extend this to 14 days +, I would expect we would need an insurance policy to cover this. Does anyone have any experience of amending their sick policy to be advantageous to staff? And is anyone able to recommend an insurance policy that would cover staff sickness. We have an insurance broker who manages our charity insurance, and they're not having much luck in finding a provider (particularly one that covers existing illness)
Thanks
Sarah
