Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible for someone to share with me their internal referral form? We ideally want to make things as easy as possibly for staff taking calls at the office, and then passing n a case or query to our caseworker. However, we do not want it to be too much for the service user, and put them off by asking them too many questions first of all, as we know the caseworker is only going to go through all of this again?
I hope that makes sense, and someone can offer a little advice?
